Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Support Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support and service to our Norwegian-speaking client base. Working remotely from Greece, you will be the frontline for resolving customer inquiries and technical issues, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.

What You'll Do

Deliver top-notch support to Norwegian-speaking customers through remote channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot a wide range of technical problems related to software and hardware.
Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear and concise solutions.
Document all support interactions accurately in the support system and maintain thorough case records.
Work closely with technical teams to escalate and address complex issues promptly.
Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and to confirm that their issues have been successfully resolved.
Stay informed about product updates and industry developments to provide informed, quality support.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
