Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Norwegian Speaking Multilingual Support Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, primarily in Norwegian and at least one other language. In this role, you will be the direct point of contact for customers, handling their needs across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients in Norwegian and other languages across phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and technical issues.
- Handle customer complaints professionally with a focus on solutions.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to maintain quality customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and at least one additional language (English, Swedish, Danish, etc.), both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with customer support systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to providing outstanding customer care.
