- Assist clients in navigating products and services to ensure a seamless experience.
- Handle bookings, reservations, and documentation accurately while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve client issues and enhance satisfaction.
- Document all client interactions and feedback in the CRM to facilitate continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide knowledgeable support.
