About the Role
The Nurse Clinician Coordinator oversees clinical workflows, supports care coordination, and acts as a resource for nursing staff to promote safe, effective patient care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinical operations and patient flow
- Serve as a point of contact for nursing teams and support staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care delivery
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Assist in staff training and onboarding processes
- Monitor patient care metrics and report findings
- Support implementation of evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Facilitate communication between providers and care teams
- Respond to clinical inquiries and provide guidance
- Assist in scheduling and organizing patient services
