Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated nurse coordinator to join our multidisciplinary Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)/Asthma team within the Pulmonology clinic at the Canning Thoracic Institute. This role involves collaborating with physicians, advanced practice providers, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care, consultation, and education for complex acute and chronic patients in an outpatient setting. The nurse will collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to prepare program meetings, develop patient education materials, establish treatment protocols, and ensure operational efficiency. This position allows autonomous work, leveraging critical thinking and decision-making skills. Key attributes include organizational skills, self-motivation, teamwork, and attention to detail. The position offers a hybrid work model with 5 8-hour shifts, including 2 remote days. Minimum of 1 year clinical experience required.
