Provectus is hiring a NOC Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of our network infrastructure. In this role, you will be a key part of maintaining operational excellence for our services.
What You'll Do
- Monitor network performance and system alerts
- Respond to incidents and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Maintain documentation for network operations and procedures
- Implement changes and updates to network configurations
- Collaborate with other engineering teams to resolve complex problems
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a NOC or network operations role
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and principles
- Ability to analyze logs and diagnose network issues
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Capacity to work effectively in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Ukraine.
