Lola Blankets is seeking a Senior Product Designer to distill complex problems into holistic software experiences. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver significant value to our diverse customer base.

What You'll Do

Create thoughtful end-to-end user experiences that simplify complexity and unify interactions across our platform.
Own the end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution—from ideation, to prototyping, user testing, final design, and implementation support.
Partner closely with product management, engineering, and leadership to design and deliver features that align with the business’s top priorities.
Conduct research with customers as needed, synthesizing insights and broadcasting findings across the organization.
Advocate for the UX needs of our diverse customer base by leveraging data and in-depth research to champion user-centric decisions.
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation while expanding our growing Design System.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of SaaS Software Product Design experience.
A strong portfolio showing direct responsibility for the success of high-impact technical projects.
Experience with design tools such as Figma and Sketch.
Experience in creating, contributing to, and maintaining a design system.
Experience using principles of visual design and information architecture to create intuitive user interfaces.
Experience analyzing and synthesizing data and research into actionable insights.
Demonstrated ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in system-level decisions.
Track record of designing and shipping enterprise or B2B/SaaS experiences; ideally in IT Operations, System Administration, or Software Support.
Humble, collaborative approach to partnering with product managers, engineers, leadership, and customers.

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.

You'll join a multi-disciplinary squad with product designers, product owners, and software engineers. The role works cross-functionally with just about every team within Lola Blankets.

Compensation range: $110,000 to $150,000 per year for candidates in CA, CO, MD, NJ, WA, and NY.

This is a hybrid position open to candidates in the USA (CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA), with a focus on Austin, TX and Tampa, FL.
