Project Blackbook is hiring two NHS Programme Managers for a fixed-term contract role focused on HR/Workforce Transition. In this role, you will manage critical programmes within the National Health Service in a global work context.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage technical programmes specific to HR and workforce transition within the NHS.
- Develop and implement programme plans, ensuring objectives are met on schedule.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across the NHS to facilitate workforce change initiatives.
- Monitor and report on programme progress, risks, and outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Programme Manager, specifically within or for the NHS.
- Deep understanding of NHS HR processes, workforce structures, and transition challenges.
- Strong ability to manage complex, technical programmes with multiple dependencies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a large organisational context.
