Chime is looking for a Network Engineer (LTE/5G Edge) to support branch connectivity for a major JPMC APAC branch-site program. You will be responsible for the configuration, deployment support, troubleshooting, and operational validation of Cradlepoint devices in a scaled rollout environment.

What You'll Do

Configure and support Cradlepoint routers for branch connectivity use cases.
Troubleshoot connectivity issues including LTE/5G, routing, tunnel/VPN, and device health.
Support deployment readiness, implementation steps, and post-deployment validation.
Work with core and wireless engineering teams to resolve end-to-end network issues.
Document configurations, standards, and troubleshooting steps.

What We're Looking For

Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cradlepoint routers.
Solid networking fundamentals in routing and switching.
Experience supporting multi-site deployments or large enterprise programs.

Nice to Have

CCNA certification.
Cellular networking expertise, including carrier troubleshooting and signal/performance considerations.
Experience with SD-WAN/edge deployments in branch environments.
