Chime is looking for a Network Engineer (LTE/5G Edge) to support branch connectivity for a major JPMC APAC branch-site program. You will be responsible for the configuration, deployment support, troubleshooting, and operational validation of Cradlepoint devices in a scaled rollout environment.
What You'll Do
- Configure and support Cradlepoint routers for branch connectivity use cases.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues including LTE/5G, routing, tunnel/VPN, and device health.
- Support deployment readiness, implementation steps, and post-deployment validation.
- Work with core and wireless engineering teams to resolve end-to-end network issues.
- Document configurations, standards, and troubleshooting steps.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Cradlepoint routers.
- Solid networking fundamentals in routing and switching.
- Experience supporting multi-site deployments or large enterprise programs.
Nice to Have
- CCNA certification.
- Cellular networking expertise, including carrier troubleshooting and signal/performance considerations.
- Experience with SD-WAN/edge deployments in branch environments.
