Radiant Digital is looking for a Network Engineer to join our infrastructure team. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining our network systems, including designing network architecture, resolving complex problems, and evaluating new products.
What You'll Do
- Assist in planning, forecasting, implementation, and identifying resource requirements for network systems of moderate complexity, including wireless.
- Participate in network planning, architecture design, and engineering.
- Integrate communication architectures, topologies, hardware, software, and protocols into complete network configurations.
- Evaluate new products, perform network problem resolution, and assist in developing technical standards.
- Monitor protocol compatibility, perform system tuning, and make recommendations for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in infrastructure/network environments performing network engineering, design, planning, and implementation.
Team & Environment
You'll work on one or more projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project team lead. The role includes coaching more junior technical staff.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Miami Beach, FL.
