About the Role

Enova International is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our NetCredit brand. In this remote position, you will be the frontline for our customers, handling inbound calls to provide exceptional service and support. You will begin with a comprehensive 4-week training program to specialize in our lending processes.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer calls, addressing their questions and providing service.
  • Manage and respond to all customer inquiries, fulfilling requests, and offering comprehensive education on our products and services.
  • Deliver high-quality support by handling tasks related to payment processing, creating payment plans, and addressing other account-related matters.
  • Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication.
  • Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven background in fast-paced customer service environments.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills with a proven history of professionalism and empathy.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment by demonstrating exceptional adaptability and multi-tasking skills.
  • Comfortable utilizing new technology and have a proven ability to excel in a remote work environment.
  • Must reside in the state of AZ, IA, ID, IL, IN, MN, MO, NM, NV, UT, WI, or WY.

Nice to Have

  • Prior call center experience.

  • The budgeted hourly rate for this position is $17.00.
