Responsibilities
- Customize and set up Network Inventory components within Netcracker OSS platforms.
- Tailor Service Provisioning functionalities in Netcracker OSS systems.
- Configure Fault Management features across Netcracker OSS modules.
- Adapt Performance Monitoring tools within the OSS environment.
- Implement Configuration Management capabilities in Netcracker solutions.
- Adjust Service Assurance components for operational efficiency.
- Develop orchestration logic, workflows, rules, and adapters to manage service activation and lifecycle processes.
- Build service models, resource models, and network topology structures.
- Set up event correlation mechanisms, alarm rules, and performance thresholds.
- Personalize dashboards, reports, and operational interfaces for NOC and service operations use.
- Design and deploy integrations between OSS platforms and network devices using protocols such as SNMP, TL1, REST, and SOAP.
- Integrate Netcracker OSS with EMS and NMS systems.
- Establish connections between OSS and BSS platforms.
- Enable integration with third-party monitoring applications.
- Support service provisioning across diverse technologies including IP, MPLS, Fiber, and Wireless networks.
- Create automation scripts and orchestration workflows to minimize manual operations.
- Assist in configuring and resolving issues with northbound and southbound interfaces.
- Engage in technical design discussions and evaluate system impact of proposed solutions.
- Conduct unit testing and assist in system, integration, and user acceptance testing phases.
- Diagnose and resolve problems involving inventory discrepancies, failed provisioning attempts, alarm surges, and performance issues.
- Support deployment activities in production environments and provide stabilization after launch.
- Keep technical and configuration documentation current and accurate.

- Possess visual abilities including close-range vision, tolerance to fluorescent lighting, and ability to adjust focus.
- Lift up to 25 pounds when job duties involve business travel or event participation.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record if driving is part of job responsibilities.
