Capgemini is looking for a .NET Developer to join our team. This role focuses on providing critical second and third level support for .NET applications, ensuring their stability and performance. You'll work in a collaborative environment to resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Provide second and third level support for applications developed in .NET.
- Diagnose and resolve technical incidents reported by users or monitoring systems.
- Perform corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance of applications.
- Document changes, solutions, and technical procedures.
- Collaborate with QA, infrastructure, and development teams to ensure system stability.
- Participate in root cause analysis and proposals for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with ASP.NET, .NET Framework / .NET Core / .NET 6+
- Expertise with SQL Server, T-SQL queries, and stored procedures.
- Proficiency with version control tools: Git, Azure DevOps, or TFS.
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP).
- Ability to work under pressure, with a focus on quality and results.
