About the Role We are seeking a Director, AI Applications Engineering to spearhead applied AI system design, development, and delivery across business units. This position bridges engineering leadership, AI/ML innovation, and product strategy. You will establish the vision for AI application engineering, cultivate a cross-functional team, and ensure production-grade, scalable AI systems aligned with organizational objectives. This role demands both strategic and hands-on engagement: partnering with product and executive stakeholders to shape roadmaps while guiding engineers through rapid prototyping, application support, and AI-powered solution delivery.
