SupportYourApp is hiring a Chat Support Consultant to provide exceptional customer service for cryptocurrency trading platforms. In this fully remote role, you will be the voice of the client, delivering support primarily via live chat and email while building lasting relationships and ensuring data security in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support in crypto trading via live chat and email, promptly addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships.
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology.
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security.
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices.
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI.
- Be a part of a fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists.
What We're Looking For
- Native Finnish-speaker with C1-level English skills.
- At least 6 months of live chat support experience.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload).
Nice to Have
- Live chat support experience preferably in crypto or financial services.
- Basic financial knowledge or payment/banking experience.
- Crypto industry knowledge.
- CRM experience in Salesforce.
