The Multi-Skilled/Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician is accountable for sustaining, diagnosing, and rectifying electrical infrastructures and equipment within commercial properties to guarantee peak functionality, safety, and regulatory adherence. Assigned across various Philippine regions. Execute preventive maintenance on Electro-Mechanical systems, electrical panels, switchgear, and distribution infrastructure. Evaluate and preserve lighting configurations, including LED modifications and emergency illumination. Service and restore electrical motors, generators, and backup power mechanisms. Manage building automation and control systems. Conduct preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC equipment encompassing chillers, cooling towers, air handlers, and rooftop units. Service and preserve air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ventilation apparatus. Sanitize and replace air filters, coils, and system components. Inspect and maintain ductwork, dampers, and air distribution networks. Calibrate thermostats and building automation controls. Perform preventive maintenance on fire alarm systems, sprinkler installations, and fire suppression equipment. Test and inspect fire pumps, standpipes, and hose systems. Maintain emergency lighting and exit signage. Service fire extinguishers and portable fire suppression devices. Examine and test fire doors, dampers, and smoke barriers. Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify technical complications utilizing diagnostic equipment. Repair or substitute defective components, wiring, and fixtures. Respond to urgent electro-mechanical challenges and power disruptions.
