Cognizant is hiring a Multi Channel Helpdesk professional to join our dynamic team. You will provide exceptional customer support across various channels, leveraging technical expertise to enhance satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role offers a rotational shift work model.

What You'll Do

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers across multiple channels to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate insightful reports that aid in decision-making.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist in developing and executing strategies to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly for a seamless experience.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to creating knowledge base articles and FAQs for self-service initiatives.
  • Support marketing efforts by providing insights from customer interactions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to enhance skills relevant to the role.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while delivering exceptional service.
