Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a MuleSoft Senior Consultant to manage, coordinate, and support the implementation and ongoing operation of an integration platform built on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will ensure effective collaboration with external implementation partners, oversee system integrations, and support the establishment of internal capabilities for long-term platform ownership.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and coordinate all MuleSoft integration activities in collaboration with the external implementation vendor.
- Review, validate, and document API designs, integration architecture, and deployment processes.
- Ensure API governance, standardization, security, and best practices are consistently applied.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define integration requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
- Monitor, support, and optimize integrations between CarPro, Salesforce, Genesys, and other enterprise systems.
- Conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot integration issues, and ensure adherence to SLAs and performance standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, interface catalogs, and integration performance reports.
- Support internal knowledge transfer initiatives to build and strengthen in-house integration capabilities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for API-led connectivity, middleware architecture, and MuleSoft operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in system integration, middleware, or enterprise integration roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Design Center, API Manager, Runtime Manager.
- Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and integration security protocols (OAuth, JWT, TLS).
- Proven experience coordinating with external vendors and managing complex integration initiatives.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
