Responsibilities
- Transform brand values, tones, and concepts into cohesive design strategies for both still and animated content
- Enhance and grow the brand’s visual system to maintain uniformity and adaptability across all customer interactions
- Develop and execute animated graphics and visual effects that vividly present narratives, offerings, and key messages
- Formulate motion-based design approaches that strengthen brand storytelling and viewer interaction
- Establish standardized motion design protocols and frameworks to ensure uniform output across all platforms
- Advance motion design capabilities by producing instructional videos, product walkthroughs, and reusable animation assets
- Craft integrated multimedia stories that reflect the core of teams, initiatives, or products, customized to audience needs
- Improve digital platforms, including websites, to clearly convey brand positioning and core value propositions
- Design diverse marketing collateral such as online and print advertisements, social visuals, web elements, email layouts, presentations, and promotional merchandise
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product departments to align design direction with business objectives
- Oversee multiple design initiatives concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and quality benchmarks maintained
- Assist product design teams in maintaining visual harmony with established brand identity
- Help attract high-caliber professionals to strengthen the creative team
