VML Luxembourg is looking for a Motion Designer to join our creative team in Colombia and work on a real estate sector account. You will be responsible for developing animated audiovisual pieces that support campaign communication, digital content, and brand materials for the assigned project.
What You'll Do
- Design and produce motion graphics pieces for digital channels and social media.
- Animate graphics, typography, and visual elements aligned with project guidelines.
- Participate in the visual conceptualization of audiovisual content.
- Adapt and version animated pieces according to formats and platforms.
- Work collaboratively with graphic designers, art directors, and content teams.
- Ensure technical quality, visual coherence, and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Make adjustments and optimizations based on internal and project feedback.
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in similar roles.
- Professional training in Graphic Design, Animation, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields.
- Mastery of animation and editing tools (After Effects; Premiere is a plus).
- Knowledge of animation principles, rhythm, and audiovisual narrative.
- Ability to work with brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- A portfolio demonstrating technical quality, creativity, and execution (indispensable).
