Join Banner Bank as a Mortgage Disclosure Specialist II, where you'll ensure applicants receive accurate, timely, and compliant loan disclosures. Your work is key to supporting a smooth loan origination and closing process while partnering closely with teammates across the bank.
What You'll Do
- Order initial disclosures and re-disclosures in alignment with RESPA, TILA, MDIA, ECOA, HMDA and TRID regulations within required timelines
- Add signed documents to the eFolder in Encompass
- Perform post‑closing reviews on completed loan files
- Prepare and maintain daily status reports for disclosure due dates for loan originators
- Prepare requests for tax transcripts
- Comply with all policies, procedures, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in loan processing
Nice to Have
- An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree

- Compensation: $24.63-$33.32/hr
