BTG Pactual is looking for a Mobile Software Engineer to join its technology team focused on enterprise platforms. In this role, you will build and evolve features for our Smart POS (Payment Terminal) applications, actively participating in architecture, development, and the full product lifecycle from design to production monitoring.

What You'll Do

Actively participate in the architecture and development of applications for Payment Terminals (Smart POS) using Flutter and Native Android.
Work on decomposing and integrating applications, handling inter-process communication (AIDL, Intents, Deep Links) and memory management on embedded devices.
Collaborate in creating SDKs for integration with partners and commercial automation.
Work on expanding the product pipeline, ensuring quality via automated tests and production monitoring.

What We're Looking For

Complete higher education in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Solid experience in mobile applications.
Understanding of the Android lifecycle and platform concepts (Activities, Services, BroadcastReceivers).
Knowledge of integration via REST APIs and architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Availability to work in an Onsite model in São Paulo (SP).

Nice to Have

Experience with Smart POS: Knowledge of market SDKs.
Native Development (Kotlin/Java): Ability to write Platform Channels and handle specific hardware (printer, card reader).
Software Engineering: Familiarity with advanced concepts like IPC, Modularization, and Dependency Injection.
Quality and DevOps: Practice with unit/instrumented tests and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps).
Experience with security and encryption requirements in the context of payment methods.
