Responsibilities

- Monitor equipment performance to anticipate maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance history and work completion
- Collaborate with operations teams to align maintenance with production schedules
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the procurement of spare parts and materials
- Ensure work permits and safety documentation are completed
- Track key performance indicators related to maintenance reliability
- Assist in the development of preventive maintenance strategies
- Facilitate communication between planners, supervisors, and technicians
- Review and update maintenance procedures and standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory standards
- Manage contractor involvement in maintenance activities
- Provide input for equipment reliability assessments
- Support root cause analysis for equipment failures
- Maintain system data integrity in maintenance management software
- Coordinate shutdown and major maintenance events
