HELFERLINE GmbH is looking for a self-employed Technical Support Specialist in Munich to provide on-site support to private individuals. You will use our dedicated app to accept and manage service calls, solving everyday technology problems directly at our customers' homes.

- Solve everyday technical problems on-site at the customer's location.
- Accept and manage service calls through a dedicated mobile app.

- Technical skill in handling consumer devices such as computers, phones, TVs, and printers.
- Own an Android smartphone to manage your work.

You will operate independently as a contractor, joining a network of specialists serving customers via the HELFERLINE GmbH platform. The company employs 11-50 employees.
