Responsibilities
- Guide the iterative development, validation, and deployment of AI/ML models.
- Team up on end-to-end automation efforts to transition models to production.
- Design and develop innovative predictive models, metrics, and dashboards using structured and unstructured raw data to uncover actionable insights.
- Create and present data findings in various visual formats to provide insights to the organization.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities, contributing to the engineering process and culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of practical experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, focusing on classification, clustering, time series analysis, encoder-based transformer models, explainability, and optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and Spark/PySpark.
- 2+ years of experience and knowledge in MLOps, including deploying, operationalizing, and maintaining scalable AI/ML solutions in production.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, MLFlow, etc.) and libraries commonly used in NLP and Generative AI.
- Advanced proficiency in data cleaning and data transformation.
- Proven ability to debug, analyze, and profile existing code.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience with infrastructure design and deployment utilizing cloud services for the implementation of data pipelines.
- Experience with Databricks.
