Staff4Me is looking for a Mitel Engineer to provide expert technical support for our clients' Mitel phone systems. This role involves handling customer inquiries, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth operation of on-premise Mitel products.
What You'll Do
- Take phone calls from customers to gather information and create or update support tickets.
- Monitor email and the ticket board for new or updated information, notifying the correct parties.
- Perform Tier 1 tasks such as voicemail password resets, extension name changes, simple programming changes, and basic troubleshooting for down systems.
- Work with customers and on-site technicians to offer basic hardware troubleshooting support.
- Perform remote desktop support via laptop.
- Work independently to diagnose and resolve all issues with Mitel on-premise products.
- Reach out to the Mitel vendor for assistance when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Mitel SX-200 ICP, Mitel MiVoice Business (3300), and Mitel MiVoice Office (400).
- The ability to fully troubleshoot on-premise Mitel phone systems and remediate any issues without additional help.
Nice to Have
- Experience with PhoneSuite Voiceware is a plus.
