Taconic Rehabilitation and Nursing is hiring a Mission Ambassador to serve as a welcoming presence and culture builder within our healthcare community. Rooted in our mission to Elevate People and Elevate Care, you will play a key role in supporting new team members, residents, and their families from day one.
What You'll Do
- Greet and support new employees during orientation and their first days on the job.
- Help new team members navigate the building and understand available resources.
- Reinforce the organization’s mission, values, and culture.
- Assist with orientation sessions and onboarding logistics.
- Welcome new residents and families during admissions and transitions.
- Provide facility tours and assist with wayfinding.
- Help residents feel comfortable and connected to programs and activities.
- Support communication between departments to ensure a positive experience.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives and recognition activities.
- Support facility events and celebrations.
- Help build connections between new hires and department leaders.
- Promote a positive and welcoming environment for staff and residents.
- Support community outreach and recruitment events when needed.
- Represent the facility at job fairs or community engagement opportunities.
- Help share the story of our mission and care culture.

Nice to Have
- Bilingual.

Work Mode
This role is onsite at our facility in Beacon, NY.
