Uptech seeks a Middle UI/UX Designer to join its Design team. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build intuitive user interfaces, working across diverse projects including fintech, medical applications, AI startups, and digital interfaces for physical products.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop intuitive user interfaces aligned with business goals.
Work with product hypotheses and build validation plans using user research methods and interface solutions.
Develop design concepts and effectively present them to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Transform user needs and product requirements into interface solutions.
Ensure consistency and scalability of interfaces.
Organize and participate in design and product workshops.
Analyze, clarify, and consider technical requirements when building interfaces.
Report on design progress.

What We're Looking For

Upper Intermediate level of English or higher.
2+ years of commercial experience as a UX/UI designer.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative development approach.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to transform user needs and product requirements into appropriate interface solutions.
Experience developing low- and high-fidelity prototypes, information architecture, and interaction design.
Experience creating responsive web and mobile design.
Deep knowledge of web and mobile design patterns, as well as iOS and Android guidelines.
Experience working with Figma, including using and creating libraries, components, variants, and auto layouts.
Understanding of atomic design.
Developed skills in presenting your own solutions.
Experience using AI tools to improve your workflow.

Nice to Have

Domain expertise with financial and medical projects.
Experience creating applications, websites, and digital products using AI tools.
Experience working with Framer or Webflow.
