OpenX is hiring a Mid Test Automation Engineer II (UI) to join our Technology department. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks focused on the user interface, ensuring product quality and reliability.
What You'll Do
- Design, build, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks
- Write and execute automated test scripts for web applications
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, report defects, and verify fixes
- Contribute to improving overall test coverage and automation efficiency
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in UI test automation
- Proven ability to create and manage automated test frameworks from scratch
- Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Java
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or WebDriverIO
- Understanding of software QA methodologies, testing types, and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with performance or load testing tools
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
