Faptic Technology is hiring a Mid QA Automation Engineer to ensure software quality throughout the Agile development lifecycle. You will be a key team member participating in Agile ceremonies and championing quality as a top priority.

What You'll Do

Identify regression scenarios from functional test cases and automate them using defined frameworks and data strategies.
Design, code, and maintain automated scripts, functions, and libraries to streamline testing processes.
Collaborate with development and database teams to troubleshoot complex technical or end-user scenarios.
Generate suitable test data to validate critical requirements and business rules.
Test REST APIs with JSON/XML data using tools such as Swagger, Postman, and/or SoapUI.
Plan, drive, and develop automation frameworks while building smoke and regression suites.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to prepare release notes and end-user documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably C#.
Experience with CI tools such as Azure DevOps, Gitlab, or Github.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ceremonies, with demonstrable experience in Agile environments.
Experience with front-end automation testing tool Playwright.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Understanding of Accessibility principles.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
