This position involves supporting complex system infrastructures, performing administration tasks, and ensuring operational continuity through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain server environments and ensure high availability
- Implement and manage security protocols for data protection
- Support network operations and integration across platforms
- Perform system upgrades and apply software patches
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Configure and manage virtualized environments
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution
- Document system configurations and changes
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure projects
- Manage user access and permissions
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Support cloud-based services and hybrid architectures
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical systems
- Optimize system resources for efficiency
- Deploy and maintain monitoring tools
- Assist with capacity planning and forecasting
- Maintain backup and recovery systems
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents
- Support system integration during technology transitions
