Theoria Medical is hiring a Mid-Level Automation Developer to support our mission of revolutionizing healthcare delivery. In this remote role, you will design, build, and maintain effective solutions that eliminate manual work and optimize internal workflows across our post-acute and primary care services.

What You'll Do

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and workflows for business processes using modern automation tools and languages.
Work closely with business, operations, and engineering teams to understand needs and build automation solutions that align with organizational goals.
Write clean, maintainable code and maintain documentation for all automation processes.
Perform routine testing and validation of automation workflows to ensure quality, reliability, and effectiveness.
Leverage existing automation tools and participate in recommending improvements or new technologies to streamline operations.
Stay updated with new trends and best practices in automation and related fields to enhance your skill set and support innovation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2–4 years of experience in automation development or a similar role.
Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, PowerShell).
Experience working with SQL, GraphQL, and/or NoSQL databases for data validation and testing.
Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Zapier, Selenium, Power Automate, etc.
Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
