TensorOps is seeking a Microsoft D365 Finance Solution Architect to own the delivery of Dynamics 365 solutions from discovery to completion. You will translate complex customer requirements into expertly designed system architecture, leading both the technical and functional aspects of the project.
What You'll Do
- Lead business process analysis and design creative solutions to meet client needs.
- Guide functional consulting teams through the entire project lifecycle.
- Ensure the delivery of a robust and scalable system architecture.
- Maintain deep expertise in the functional side of D365 F&SCM, including releases and new features.
- Support or lead customer-facing functional workshops.
- Lead a group of functional consultants and business analysts.
- Support technical roles, including interface, data, and development teams.
- Work with project managers to report on progress, risks, and issues.
- Liaise with both internal and customer senior stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- 8-10 years’ experience with Microsoft Finance and Operations.
- Strong expertise in PMA, Project Costing, and Core Financials.
- Experience in multiple full lifecycle Dynamics 365 F&SC implementations.
- A solid 5+ years of professional experience on the Microsoft platform.
- Extensive experience as a functional lead or architect with core Finance Modules, PMA, and project costing.
- Ability to balance short-term demands while maintaining a long-term strategic vision.
- Extreme attention to detail, meticulous organization, and the skill to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
