Public Cloud Group is looking for a Microsoft 365 Cloud Engineer (m/w/d) to be responsible for the administration and operation of Microsoft 365 for our customers. You will handle technical support, manage customer environments, and coordinate transitions to our managed services.

What You'll Do

Operate and further develop Microsoft 365 customer environments.
Provide technical support within the scope of Managed Services.
Process support requests at the second level and perform complex administrative tasks in the Microsoft 365 environment.
Perform administrative tasks including user management, license assignment, group management, software distribution, and troubleshooting.
Support on- and offboarding processes.
Coordinate and implement the transition of customer environments into operational Managed Service.
Handle ticket dispatching: classification, prioritization, and forwarding of requests in the ticket system.
Answer calls and provide initial assistance with technical problems.
Document solutions and maintain the knowledge database.
Take on on-call duty in emergencies.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in IT support for Microsoft products or in a comparable role.
German language skills from B2/fluent and English skills to fully support our customers.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Security / Compliance Workloads, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint.
Relevant certifications in the Microsoft 365 area.
Understanding of IT service and operations processes (ITIL basics advantageous).
Structured and service-oriented way of working.

Nice to Have

Experience with simple automations using PowerShell.
Confident handling of Jira or comparable ticket and project management systems.
