Cystems Logic Inc is seeking a Network Analyst to join our team. This intermediate role provides Level-1 support and involves assisting with network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting for various devices and services.
What You'll Do
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of various network devices and services, such as routers and switches.
- Address field replacements for UPS units, batteries, power supplies, patching, and other network service tickets.
- Assist in performing network maintenance and system upgrades.
- Provide Level-1 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Liaise with other IT personnel for problem resolution.
What We're Looking For
- 0-1 years of related experience.
Nice to Have
- CCNA certification or related IT experience.
- A good understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model.

- SolarWinds NPM
- Network cabling (ethernet and fiber)

This position follows a hybrid work model and is based in Fairfax, VA.
