GE HealthCare is hiring a MI Product Marketing Manager – International. In this role, you will design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for international markets. You will lead marketing efforts for product launches and manage the international marketing budget for the product portfolio.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to various international markets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Support local field marketing managers with campaign execution, providing brand-driven assets and strategic direction.
- Plan multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, education, and adoption.
- Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across sub-regions, using insights to optimise future strategies.
- Work closely with the global product team and commercial teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize online engagement and visibility.
- Partner with educational teams to align branding with thought leadership, scientific messaging, and key congress activities.
- Ensure marketing materials and campaigns are relevant and appropriately localised for each target market.
- Develop high-impact marketing content and messaging frameworks to support campaign execution.
- Lead marketing efforts for product launches, including the development of go-to-market plans and promotional materials.
- Manage the international marketing budget for your product portfolio, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Significant years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industry, with a strong understanding of diagnostic imaging products.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing marketing campaigns in a highly regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, diagnostic imaging trends, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create persuasive marketing materials and presentations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making and strategy.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
