Bombardier is hiring a Methods and Configuration Agent to join our team focused on superior aircraft manufacturing. In this role, you will ensure product integrity by validating and documenting engineering requirements and designing methodologies to meet design specifications within the production process.

What You'll Do

• Validate, confirm, and document engineering requirements for test aircraft, option configurations, and program-required configurations.
• Review engineering documentation to validate, confirm, and document requests for modifications to manufacturing sequence plans and precedence diagrams.
• Document and promote modifications, standard practices, and lessons learned to ensure product integrity according to design requirements.
• Design methodologies to ensure design requirements are met within product planning.
• Analyze and identify needs for changes in engineering documentation, coordinating and generating the change requirement documentation (RFC).
• Identify non-value-added operations and propose optimization solutions for the production line.
• Monitor and report the progress of assigned projects on time, identifying risks and solutions.
• Provide support in investigations and problem-solving related to design and manufacturing.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry.
• Studies in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Basic-intermediate English proficiency, capable of technical conversations.
• Experience reading and interpreting manufacturing and assembly drawings for metal-mechanical and composite materials.
• Knowledge of CATIA, SolidWorks, or another mechanical design program (2D, CAD/CAM).
• Knowledge of office software packages, Power BI, and ERP systems like SAP.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools and manufacturing process improvement.
