The Merchant Services Representative at EasyPay Finance is responsible for delivering excellent service to merchants using our financing program. This full-time remote role involves handling calls, setting up new accounts, and supporting consumer application processing for merchants across Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and Texas.
What You'll Do
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls with merchants
- Provide excellent customer service to merchants using the financing program
- Complete new merchant set-ups
- Conduct trainings for merchants
- Process consumer applications
- Review conditions for funding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and conscientious
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must possess a disciplined work ethic
- Positive attitude

- Base salary $17 PLUS bonus opportunity of up to $750 per month
- Weekends paid at 1.5 base rate
