TensorOps is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents across California. You will build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, their families, and school partners. This role is central to our mission of making high-quality mental health care accessible to every young person in the state.
What You'll Do
- Deliver evidence-based teletherapy to children and adolescents via our EHR and telehealth platform.
- Build strong therapeutic relationships with youth, families, and school partners.
- Provide psychoeducation and clinical guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate in case consultations and ongoing professional development.
- Contribute to program growth to help refine clinical offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Active LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT license in California.
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings.
- Strong telehealth skills and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity.
Benefits & Compensation
- W-2 Salary: $55,000–$116,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment).
- 1099 Rate: $70–$105 hourly (plus no-show & late-cancel pay).
- Flexible schedule: Set hours Monday–Friday (3 PM–8 PM) + optional weekends (9am-5pm).
- For W-2: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, CEUs, supervisor support.
- Daybreak covers around 90% of medical premiums, and 100% of dental and vision premiums for W2 employees.
- Daybreak covers around 65% of medical, dental, and vision premiums for all eligible dependents.
- Choose between two comprehensive health plans: Kaiser and Anthem (Blue Cross Blue Shield).
- For 1099: Low weekly caseload minimum (5 sessions), bilingual pay, cross-license bonuses.
- All-inclusive platform handles billing, credentialing, scheduling.

Work Mode
This is a fully remote teletherapy position. You must be licensed in California.
