Responsibilities
- Design and build sophisticated UI components that align visual design with engineering efficiency.
- Lead the development and scaling of the design system across marketing platforms.
- Build interactive prototypes to test new interaction patterns and validate legal workflow designs.
- Define and promote front-end standards and component architecture best practices.
- Guide engineers in applying design fundamentals and effective implementation strategies.
- Create tooling and workflows to streamline handoff between design and engineering.
- Participate in design critique sessions to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
- Advocate for accessibility, responsiveness, and performance in all user-facing interfaces.
- Develop and maintain marketing landing pages with a focus on speed and usability.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — United States, Canada
Team
Distributed team across North America with upcoming presence in Europe; core collaboration days for Bay Area and Provo teams are Tuesday through Thursday.
Other
- Fully distributed organization with team members located across North America and expanding into Europe.
- Up to 10% travel required for team meetups and collaborative work sessions.
- Teams in San Francisco Bay Area and Provo, UT coordinate in person on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
