TEAM OVERVIEW
We are a distributed team spanning Europe and North America, convening monthly for three-day in-person sessions and conducting extended collaborative retreats twice annually.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will collaborate on designing systems that enhance model responses for diverse customer scenarios. This position transcends conventional search methodologies. We seek an innovator capable of conceptualizing capabilities for future autonomous agents addressing complex challenges.
MISSION
Develop tools and search/retrieval systems expanding model knowledge through autonomous behavioral mechanisms.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement extensive data ingestion pipelines
- Experiment with retrieval algorithms
- Create agentic tools bridging model capabilities and data
- Integrate capabilities into product and model training processes
- Monitor cutting-edge research in LLMs, search, RAG, agentic tools, source code generation
- Evaluate innovations addressing contextual complexity in large organizational environments
