Better Health is hiring a Member Care Agent to be the first and primary point of contact for our members. In this remote role, you will guide the entire customer journey, from initial inquiries through post-purchase support, and serve as the vital voice of the customer within our company.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert on our products, customers, medical conditions, insurance, and billing processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer questions and problems.
- Collaborate with internal teams like product and billing to resolve member issues.
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from potential members to ongoing support.
- Help build and refine processes for customer interactions.
- Advocate for the customer internally to ensure product development focuses on their needs.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly with durable medical equipment (DME).
- A self-starter with creativity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Genuine excitement to jump into a startup and make an immediate impact.
