Requirements
- Certified as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist or Medical Laboratory Technician (as appropriate) from a national accrediting agency.
- High school graduate or equivalent and must have engaged in high complexity testing prior to April 25, 1995, OR
- Bachelors’ Degree and certificate from a NAACLS-accredited medical laboratory training program, OR
- Associates’ Degree or 60 semester hours in a physical, chemical, or biological science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited college or university, and required experience by accrediting agency if acceptable to national registry, OR
- Bachelors’ Degree in a natural science and related experience from an accredited college or university, and required experience by accrediting agency.
Nice to Have
- Minimum of one year as a generalist preferred
