Pharma Medica Research Inc. seeks a Medical Recruiter to join our recruiting team. You will play a key role in recruiting subjects to participate in our clinical trials, ensuring all activities meet regulatory and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Create new subject files in the Computerized System
- Recruit subjects using PSMS
- Answer calls and e-mails from subjects or call out from match lists
- Conduct telephone screening of subjects, and book and cancel appointments
- Provide subjects with relevant information for studies
- Prepare subject screening merge packages
- Update subject screening files
- Complete documentation of clinical activities according to GCP, SOP guidelines, and/or EDA/TPD regulations
- Participate regularly in PMRI training programs including GCP, SOP training, and in-house modules
- Achieve 80% or greater in all PMRI training evaluations
- Follow Joint Health and Safety rules and regulations at all times
- Perform photocopying and other duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)
- General knowledge of M/S Office
- 1 year of call center experience or related experience
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Exceptional organizational skills
