Role Overview
Join a dedicated research environment as a Medical Recruiter, responsible for coordinating the recruitment of participants for early-phase clinical trials. This role is central to maintaining smooth trial operations through accurate data management, clear communication, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage participant records in a secure computerized system
- Conduct telephone interviews to assess eligibility and schedule or modify appointments
- Respond to inquiries from potential participants via phone and email
- Distribute study-related information and prepare screening documentation
- Maintain up-to-date records throughout the screening process
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets GCP, SOP, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training programs, including GCP and internal protocols
- Meet or exceed 80% proficiency in all required training assessments
- Follow health and safety policies at all times
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying and data entry as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and one year of call center or related experience
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Clear, professional communication abilities
- Skilled in building effective working relationships
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High level of organizational precision and attention to detail
Technical Environment
Microsoft Office, PSMS, and a secure computerized clinical data system.
Work Location
This is an on-site position requiring presence at the research facility.
