Rochester Regional Health is seeking a Medical Assistant Coordinator - Telehealth to serve as an essential part of the care team. You will act as a 'Telehealth Concierge,' conducting patient interviews in a customer service-oriented manner to gather and manage required information.
What You'll Do
- Interview patients and/or their representatives to collect required data, including demographic and financial information.
- Obtain required signatures.
- Communicate mandated patient information.
- Verify all collected information for accuracy.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $17.85 - $19.50 per hour.
