Jobgether is hiring a Maximo Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery, from gathering requirements to training end users.
What You'll Do
- Analyze client business processes and requirements, configuring Maximo to align with operational needs.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet client expectations and industry standards.
- Create documentation including functional design specifications, user manuals, and test cases.
- Conduct client and internal team training sessions to ensure effective adoption and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement by analyzing client data and system usage.
- Actively participate in planning and status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience implementing and configuring IBM Maximo EAM solutions.
- Strong understanding of Maximo functional modules, data models, and workflows.
- Experience with test case design and execution for Maximo implementations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
