GE HealthCare is looking for a Maternal Infant Care Product Sales Specialist to own and grow sales of our critical care portfolio within a defined territory. This role focuses on acquiring orders through direct customer contact and supporting clients post-sale to ensure their success.
What You'll Do
- Cover sales for GE fetal monitors, warmers, incubators, and supporting equipment.
- Support customers post-sale to ensure continued business success and growth.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales territory, product lines, markets, and sales processes to execute strategy.
- Apply analytical thinking and commercial experience to solve day-to-day problems and propose solutions.
- Prioritize information for decision-making using technical experience and analytical thinking.
- Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small, low-risk projects.
- Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's Degree & 5 years of experience; OR a High School Diploma/GED & 8 years of experience; OR a Bachelor's Degree and graduation from the GE HealthCare CLP program.
- Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and in writing to decision makers.
- Must live in the territory and be willing to travel within it.
Nice to Have
- 5 years of capital sales experience and knowledge of the capital budget process.
- Prior sales experience within hospitals, ideally within Labor and Delivery units and the NICU.
- Experience working with clinical and biomedical stakeholders.
