Grupo PiSA is seeking a Materials Planning Manager to design, implement, and oversee planning processes for Indirect Manufacturing Materials and controlled supplies. You will ensure governance for timely availability for sales and manufacturing, minimize waste and obsolescence, and align with the company's Integrated Business Planning (PIN) process.

What You'll Do

Design and implement standardized planning processes for indirect manufacturing and laboratory supplies.
Establish norms and control the coordinated activities between various areas involved in the management, purchase, and manufacturing of controlled supplies.
Propose and monitor inventory policies and performance measurements (KPIs) for indirect and controlled supplies.
Lead the planning process and ensure the supply of required indirect and controlled materials to meet supply plans.
Implement industry best practices and technological tools to successfully execute processes.
Perform personnel management activities.
Execute required activities to ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental policies.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience in Production Planning.
6+ years of experience in Materials Planning / Indirect Planning.
6+ years of experience implementing MPS and MRP.
Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP IBP systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, VBA) and Power BI.
Advanced English proficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
