Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is seeking a Mass Recruitment Technician for a temporary role within our Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes and contract lifecycles to support mass hiring initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end high-volume hiring processes for all company contract types.
- Track and control contractual expirations, including extensions, terminations, and modifications.
- Update and maintain internal databases on a periodic basis.
- Support and follow up on mass selection processes.
- Coordinate hiring needs with different internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and analyze reports, KPIs, and key indicators for the area.
- Actively participate in cross-functional projects linked to the Talent Acquisition department.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing high volumes of work, specifically in recruitment and labor administration.
- Knowledge of labor regulations and hiring processes.
- Excellent command of Excel and the ability to interpret and analyze data.
- An organized, planned profile with good communication skills.
- Multitasking ability, tolerance to stress, and adaptation to changing environments.
Nice to Have
- Training related to Psychology, Labor Relations, HR, or a similar field.
- A valuable level of English proficiency.
- Highly valuable experience with SAP.
- Valuable knowledge of SuccessFactors.
