Responsibilities
- Create mobile video ads that engage millions of people
- Become a creative expert in mobile gaming: benchmark what our competitors are doing, experiment with new ideas
- Develop a deep understanding of how your creations perform and why
- Work within a small creative squad with amazing people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities
- Have the opportunity to cover different product scopes (e.g., hyper casual, hybrid, casual)
- Contribute to transversal initiatives (e.g., testing new tools)
Requirements
- Fully proficient with video editing and content creation
- Expert in After Effects
- Creative and have a hacker mindset
- Understand how your creations drive marketing performance
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Fluent in Russian, both oral and written
- At least 3+ year of experience in a similar role
- Deeply familiar with the mobile gaming market, in particular, hyper casual and casual
